Lutron Diva smart dimmer switch Installation Guide

Introducing the Lutron Diva Smart Dimmer Switch for Caseta smart lighting. This upgraded dimmer combines the elegant paddle design of the Diva series with a modern LED-backlit light bar. It supports LED, incandescent, and halogen bulbs, serving as a reliable dimmer for various lights.

Use the required smart hub (sold separately) to connect this switch to Alexa, Apple Home, Google Home, Ring, and Sonos for broad smart home compatibility. Its flexible wiring allows it to replace an existing three-way dimmer or be paired with a Pico remote and bracket (sold separately) for remote setup—no neutral wire is needed.

The package includes two Diva Smart Dimmer Switches with wire label stickers. The coordinating wallplate and other accessories are sold separately. This switch offers advanced smart control, energy savings, and effortless style for your home.

The Caseta Smart Dimmer Switch connects with more leading smart home systems—like Alexa, Apple Home, Google Assistant, Ring, Serena shades, and Sonos—than any other smart switch brand. A Lutron Smart Hub is required.

This dimmer works with up to 150W of dimmable LED or 600W of incandescent or halogen bulbs. It is not rated for low-voltage applications like track or landscape lighting.

Dimming is easy and precise. A soft-glow light bar and slider give you exact wall control, and a preset button turns lights on to your favorite level.

This Lutron dimmer switch operates in ON-DIM-OFF mode. It’s rated for 1.25 amps, 120 volts, and 150 watts, and is designed for single-pole or 3-way circuits when used with a Claro smart accessory switch. The contact is normally open metal, with screw terminals and wire leads.
